Butt, Lilian Stewart On Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the Brockville General Hospital; Lilian Stewart (Cathro) Butt at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late John McLeod Butt. Loving mother of Jack and his wife Heather of Brockville and Irene and her husband Tom MacLean of Winchester. Cherished grandmother of Ian Butt (Yvonne) of Kanata, Dr. Craig Butt of Durham NC, Bruce MacLean (Jeanne) of Warroad MN, and Alison Darrach (Mike) of Kingston; and great grandmother of Sarah, Shane (Katie), Patrick and Kevin. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Beatrice Cathro, by her sisters Martha and Beatrice and by her brothers Tom and David. Family and friends are invited to gather for a ceremony in celebration of Lily's life at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. East, Brockville at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 19th. The family will receive friends after 12:30 p.m. and also at a reception to follow in the Irvine Reception Centre. Private cremation will take place at Roselawn and interment will be at Blue Church Cemetery.
