On Saturday, September 19, 2009 in Toronto at the age of 98 years. Daughter of the late Orville and May Fogarty and beloved wife of the late Wm. Gordon (Gordie) Dewar. Lillian will be sadly missed by her family, Lillian (Mrs. Ewart Fogarty), Ethel Fogarty (Ray Ouimet), Lynn Kennedy (Steve Sawyer) and Helen Fogarty (Steve Tzaferis). She was born and raised in Rigaud, Quebec and was a long time resident of Brockville up until entering a retirement home in Toronto. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, 66 Church Street Brockville, at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1st. A gathering will follow in the Irvine Funeral Home Reception Centre. Interment will take place at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa. In remembrance, donations to the St. Francis Xavier Church Restoration Fund will be gratefully acknowledged.
