<p>Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Wednesday, September 23,2015. Lillian Velma (Christie) Henderson,Beloved wife of the late James Henderson, and mother of the late Stanley Henderson.Survived by her grandsons Andrew and Ryan Henderson as well as her great granddaughter Hailey. Also survived by her daughter-in-law Suzanne Henderson, and by a brother David Christie of Roebuck. Lillian was predeceased by her parents Stewart and Myrtle Christie and by brothers Arnold, Basil, Gordon, Donald, Lyle, Orville, Arthur (Sam ) Christie and by sisters Ruby Larabee, Edith Anderson and Florence Riddell.Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. </p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday September 30th from 12 noon until 2pm.when a ceremony celebrating Lillian's life will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm. followed by a reception, interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Johns United Church or Charity.of Choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
