Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Margaret Rita (nee Shields) Hanly, at the age of 65 years. Peggy is survived by her husband Brian Hanly. Dear mother of Alicia (Steve Tierney), Gabe Nardone (Lindsay), and Gina Laflamme. She will be fondly remembered by Sal Nardone (Nancy); by Brian's children Doug (Fiona), Peter (Ashley) and Rob and their families as well as many friends.

Family and friends are invited to a gathering in Peggy's honour at the Irvine Memorial Reception Centre at Roselawn, 2451 County Rd. 15, Maitland on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 11 am until 12 noon.
