Margery Davis

At her home in Brockville on Thursday, October 6, 2011; Margery Rose (Byers) Davis at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of John L. Davis and loving mother of Patrick (Melanie) of Ottawa, Stephen of New York City, Peter of Hamilton, Elizabeth (Rob Quartus) of Brockville, and Michael of Ottawa. Cherished Granny of Thomas, Sarah & Megan Davis; Matthew and Sam Davis; Regan, Oliver and Finn Quartus. Dear sister of Carol Larsen (the late Dr. Peder Larsen) of Hamilton. Fondly remembered by her nieces Amanda Larsen and Amy Maggio. Margery will be missed by her faithful companion, her cat Bart. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. E., Brockville on Sunday, October 9th, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Catholic Womens' League is invited to gather for the Recitation of the Rosary at 3 o'clock. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Monday, October 10th at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Irvine Reception Centre.
