On Sunday, May 22nd, 2011 at the Ottawa General Hospital, Marie Peters (nee Babcock ) of Brockville at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of the late James (Auggie) Peters, and loving mother of Charmaine and her husband Ronald Theriault, and Michelle and her husband Ralph Coleman. Dear grandmother of Rochelle Penberthy (Francis Thomas), Jaime Cybulski (Scott) and Melanie Theriault (Claude); Angela and Anthony Burns (Brooke Jacques) and B.J. Coleman (Kayla Richardson). Fondly remembered by her six great grandchildren Nathaniel, Braden, Avery, Diante, Donovan and Cicely. Also survived by her brothers Carl, Raymond, and Richard Babcock. Predeceased by her great grandson Dominik and by sisters Eileen Wood, Marjorie Babcock and by brothers Robert, Joe "Jocko" and Ronnie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Marie's life will be held at the Irvine Memorial Chapel & Reception Centre, 2451 CountyMaitland Road, Maitland on Friday May 27th at 1:30pm with interment following. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
