Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on April 19, 2017 at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his son Matthew; his sister Nancy; by brothers Archie, Bernie, Ken, Rick, Tim and Chris and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Bruce and Beatrice (Carr) Burns and by brothers Ron, Allan, Bruce, Larry and Morgan.
