Oscar Joseph Maisonneuve

Suddenly at Lachenie, Quebec on October 10, 2009 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Audrey Maisonneuve. Dear father of Madeline Fernell (Randy), Linda Potter (Robert), Alice Maisonneuve, Tom Maisonneuve (Jeanne), Tammy Gildrey (Mark) and Timothy Maisonneuve (Jodi). Sadly missed by five grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his longtime friend and companion Jeannine Bouffard. Dear brother of Lucielle and Ernest Maisonneuve. Predeceased by brothers Rene and Jerry Maisonneuve and by a sister Irene Stern. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 10:30 a.m. with cremation to follow at Roselawn. Private interment will take place at St. James Cemetery, Ballycanoe in the coming days. In remembrance, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully appreciated.
