On Sunday, December 1, 2019 our dear Pat decided it was time to leave us and join the love of her life and son.

She will be dearly missed by her children Joan (John) Burns, Bill (Anita) Blair, Susan (Steve) Sargent, Raymond (Linda) Blair, Tim (Cathie) Blair and daughter-in-law Fae Shaver, 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by siblings Chrissy, Stephen, Annie, Tim and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Reg and youngest son Louie.

Pat’s friendly heart and soul will live on in the minds of those who loved her.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 5 ,2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oakland Cemetery located on Highway #2 West, Brockville followed by a reception at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St., E., Brockville.
