Entered into rest at his residence on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Pieter Maarten van Vierssen Trip, at the age of 85 years. Dr. Trip was a long-time retired family physician in Brockville and area. Husband of the late Pixie Laurine Trip (nee Wilson) and dear father of Julie Ellen Hartley (Martin), Saskia Charlotte van Vierssen Trip, Laura Elizabeth Mohtadi (Ashley) and Nyssa MacAllister van Vierssen Trip. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Molly, Quinn, Charlotte and Jasmin. Dear brother of Oncko van Vierssen Trip (Mariet), Emilie Abbas and Adriana Mathilde Dunn (Rob). Predeceased by his siblings Agatha Bonga and Gustaaf van Vierssen Trip (Fran survives). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. A service of remembrance will be held at a later date.
