Ray St. Pierre
<p>Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the age of 98 years. Beloved husband of the late Eva (nee Baker). Loving father of Beth MacNeil and her husband Ken of Brockville, Barbara Wood and her husband Frank of Sydney, Australia, William St. Pierre and his wife Gloria of Lindsay, Lawrence St. Pierre and his wife June of Barrie and Evelyn Davie and her husband Joe of Sudbury. He is also survived by a large number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Ray St. Pierre was born on June 22, 1915 in Shining Bank, Alberta and was the son of the late Oscar and Mary St. Pierre. He had a long career with INCO in Sudbury, had spent many retirement years in Barrie and latterly resided along with his daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Ken in Brockville. A memorial service will be planned at a later date and Ray's final resting place will be in Prince Edward County, Ontario where he and Eva will be interred alongside his late parents. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, and the Roselawn Crematorium, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan or St. Paul's Anglican Church (Brockville) will be gratefully acknowledged.
