Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital GSS on July 17,2009 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Mary McKay. Dear father of Margaret Durant (David), Laura Briggs (Tom), and Kim Denis (Terry). Sadly missed by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Dear brother of Betty Stewart and Don McKay ( Lola). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alex and Verna (Ferguson) McKay, and by brothers Bruce, Robert and Bill. A graveside service and interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland on Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Brockville and District Palliative Care will be gratefully appreciated.
