Entered into rest on Thursday, November 24th, 2011 at Brockville General Hospital. Robert Taylor at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Lapointe). Loving father of Stephen Taylor, Sharon Taylor Brunet (Robert), Valerie Taylor, and David Taylor (Kathleen). Fondly remembered by six grandchildren, Anthony Taylor, Jordan Taylor, Jasmine Taylor, Sean Taylor Kraft, Gordon Gray and Amy Gray. Predeceased by his parents Dorothy and John W. Taylor, as well as his brothers Leonard,John and Henry Taylor. Friends may call at the Irvine Funeral Home & Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, on Tuesday from 12 noon until 3 pm. The funeral ceremony in celebration of Bob's life will be held in the Chapel at 3 o'clock. In remembrance, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
