Orr, Stanley "Stan" James

Peacefully at home on Sunday, September 8, 2013 with his family by his side, at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of Joyce (nee McMullen) Orr and cherished father of Kellie Howe (Steve) and their children Patrick (Carly), Carney (Aily), AJ and Shannon, Kerrie Burns and her children Matthew, Kyle (Kim) and Thomas and Kathleen Cruse (Kevin) and their children Rebecca (Josh), Adryanna and Nathaniel. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren and one expected grandson on the way. Also survived by his brother Harold Orr and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and Agnes Orr, by a son James in infancy and by his brother Bob Orr.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Wednesday from 1-3 pm. A service in honour and celebration of Stan's life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 3 pm followed by a reception. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
