At Brockville General Hospital on Thursday, December 1, 2011; Susan Amber Panter (nee Gower) at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of Robert, and loving mother of Janis Coligan of Gananoque, Roberta (Bobbi) Panter Burch (Gary) of Brockville, Ben Panter (Kelly) of Carleton Place, Jennifer Panter of Kingston, Doug and John Panter, and Margery MacAdam (Trevor) all of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Erin, Emily, Kierans, Lee, Susie, Hutton, Ali, Leah and Robbie. Also survived by her brothers John Gower (Mary) of Trenton and Tony Gower (Barbara) of Britain as well as by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Penny Taylor. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral ceremony in celebration of Susan's life will be held at St.. Paul's Anglican Church (corner of Pine and Victoria) on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Private interment will take place at Roselawn. In remembrance, memorial donations to Brockville and District Palliative Care or the O.S.P.C.A. Leeds and Grenville Chapter will be gratefully acknowledged.
