Bowes, Thelma

Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Friday, April 28, 2017. Thelma Tays Bowes, at the age of 71 years. Wife of the late Bruce Bowes and Owen Herbison, dear mother of Jason Bowes (Amanda), Randy (Tess), Rodney (Wendy) and Riley Bowes (Rodney). Also survived by a sister Marilyn Witt, a brother Allison Tays, by sister-in law Willa Tays and by grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Rhonda Bowes and her three brothers and two sisters.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 1:30 until 3 pm. Interment will immediately follow at Mallorytown Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Huntington's Chorea Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
