Passed away unexpectedly in hospital on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Whitford) Hong and father of the late David Hong, who predeceased him on January 15th, 2017. Tippy is survived by his daughter-in-law Lisa Hong; by grandchildren Lindsay and Matthew Hong; by his brother Tony Hong and by nieces and nephews Roger, Carol, Michael and Chris Hum, Terri Kubow, John Lum and Jason Hong. He was predeceased by his parents; his brother Bill and by sisters Dorothy, Marjorie, and Keitha.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and share in a celebration of Tippy's life at Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 6-8 pm.
