<p>Carty, Brian Antony (Tony)</p><p><br></p><p>It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tony at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband to Anne (Wright) Carty and cherished father of Sean, Neal and Graham Carty. Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren Jordan, Sage and Evan. Predeceased by his parents Winifred (Cheek) and John Carty.</p><p><br></p><p>Tony was a long-time employee of DuPont Canada in Maitland, where he made many valued friends amongst his colleagues. He enjoyed playing football (soccer) and building his family cottage on Bass Lake, where he spent summer vacations since 1973.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Tony's life on Thursday, August 29th from 2-4 pm at the Brockville Country Club, 1548 King St. W.</p><p><br></p><p> As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to Habitat for Humanity or the Kingston Health Sciences Centre (please, make cheques payable to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation) will be gratefully acknowledged. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tony at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband to Anne (Wright) Carty and cherished father of Sean, Neal and Graham Carty. Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren Jordan, Sage and Evan. Predeceased by his parents Winifred (Cheek) and John Carty.


Tony was a long-time employee of DuPont Canada in Maitland, where he made many valued friends amongst his colleagues. He enjoyed playing football (soccer) and building his family cottage on Bass Lake, where he spent summer vacations since 1973.
