<p>Entered into eternal rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday, March 4, 2019. Valeda (Brisebois) Scale, at the age of 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Almonda (Al) Scale and cherished mother of Paul (Bernice), Timothy (Laural Briggs), Joseph (Maureen) and Louis (Sheila O'Shaughnessy). She will be sadly missed by her 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Also survived by her sister-in-law Verna Brisebois and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Arthur Brisebois, Marie Jeannette Guitar, Raoul Brisebois (Eileen), Victorine Swankas (Charlie), Romeo Brisebois (Claire), Alfred Brisebois, Sarah Tretter (Heinz), Bruno Brisebois and Maxime Brisebois (Edna).</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, Monday, March 11, 2019 from 12 noon until 2 pm with a Funeral Liturgy commencing at 2 pm in the chapel. A reception will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
