Peacefully at her home in the presence of her husband and family on March 30, 2010 in her 72nd year. Beloved wife of William Finlay. Dear mother of Dan Finlay (Jill), Dave Finlay (Susan), Darlene Taylor (Glenn) and Donna Pearce. Also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dear sister of Lyle Birtch (Penney), Edward Birtch (Marie), Doreen Brown (Joe), and Mary Graham (Howard). Also survived by sisters-in-law Doris, Shirley and Betty Birtch and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by four brothers, Ben, Earl, Cliff and Cecil Birtch and by her sister Florence Bailey. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Ceremony in Celebration of Bonnie's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with interment at Union Cemetery Lansdowne.
