Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on July 5, 2020 at the age of 93 yrs. Wife of the late of Bertrand Fraser and Elmer Thomas (Buck) Blair. Survived by her sons Bruce Blair (Sharon) and Gary Blair (Frances). Also survived by six grandchildren, several great grandchildren and by her daughter-in-law Laura. Predeceased by her two sons Barry and Robert in infancy.
