W. John Flanigan

Entered into rest suddenly at the Brockville General Hospital on April 11, 2010 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Jean Flanigan. Dear father of Jack and his wife Judy Flanigan of Brockville and Karen Clark of Ottawa. Stepfather of Randy Elliott and his wife Betty of Carleton Place. Also survived by his grandchildren Michael Clark, John Flanigan,Jenna Elliott as well as his sister-in-law Phyllis Flanigan. Predeceased by his son-in-law Terry Clark as well as one brother Bill Flanigan, and by a sister and brother in law Leta and Lawrence Sears. Friends may call at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday, April 14th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. when services will be held in the Chapel. Cremation will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with interment at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In memoriams to the Lyn Heritage Museum will be gratefully acknowledged.
