William Ronald Walter Murphy Obituary

Murphy, William Ronald Walter (Bill) born August 5, 1969 passed away at Kingston General Hospital on May 4, 2019, in his 49th year, surrounded by his family. Bill is survived by his best friend and loving wife Cheryl as well as by his three daughters MacKayla (Shane), Melissa and Megan (with expected grandson, Enoch William, to arrive shortly). Son of Doris Murphy. Brother of Brenda (Sam), Christine and Karen (Andy). Son-in-law of Doreen Blasko. Brother-in-law of Kim, Brian (Karen), Greg (Roxane) and Brent. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his daughter, Sarah; father, Ron; and sister Margaret. Fondly remembered by many close friends and coworkers at Burnbrae Farms; especially the maintenance crew.

In Bill's younger days, he was very athletic; participating in sports like basketball, track and field, and fishing while helping on the family farm. He had many passions including snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and motorbiking. Being a member of Old Bastards Motorcycle Club, Machining, led to his career of being a licensed Machinist. Bill's passions led him along, with family and friends, on four-wheeling trips to northern Ontario and motorbike trips to many areas in Canada and the United States. Bill's love of life, along with his sense of humour, will be remembered by all who knew him as he will be greatly missed.

Cherish your memories of Bill while keeping them close to your heart 'til you meet again.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday, May 9th from 6-8 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation; Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will be greatly appreciated.
