William Devaney

Devaney, William Thomas (Bill) On Sunday, December 25, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care Centre at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of forty years to Sandra and loving father of Claire and her husband Shawn Sinclair and April and her husband Garrett Elliott. Cherished grandfather of Parker, Lauren, Kellen and one more granddaughter expected soon. Loving son of Daisy and Abraham Weinstein of Montreal. Also survived by his sister Carol Boone and husband John of New Brunswick, his father-in-law Rafael Funes of Honduras, sister-in-law Levivi Vallieres of Ottawa and several nieces and nephews. A ceremony in celebration of Bill's life will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31st at St. John's United Church (corner of King St. E. and Park St.). A private interment service will be held. Friends are invited to visit the family during a reception to follow from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. at the Irvine Funeral Home Reception Centre, 4 James Street East, Brockville.
