In hospital Kingston, on Friday, February 4, 2011 at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Patricia (Allen) Hodgkinson of Mallorytown. Cherished father of Dawn Marie Knapp, (Grant), Laurie Merpaw (Peter), Michelle Belanger (Fern) and Billy Hodgkinson (Stephanie Merkley). Loving grandfather of Christopher, Allen,Brenda, Riley, Collin, Colton, Tyler, Kaitlynn, Wyatt, Harlie and Kristie. Dear brother of Roger (Denise), John (Judy), Linda Droppo, Pat (Diana), Trude (Bruce Salmon) and Cheryl (partner Mary). Also survived by severl nieces and nephews and by a brother-in-law Doug Allen (Mary). Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Beatrice Hodgkinson and by brothers Peter and Michael. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 11 am until 1 pm. A service in celebration of Bill's life will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 1 pm.Cremation will follow at the Roselawn Crematorium, Maitland.
