At the Brockville General Hospital on September 23, 2011 surrounded by her loved ones in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Halladay. Dear mother of Cheryl Halladay (Robert Blackburn), Debbie Rogers (Paul) , Derrick Halladay (Tammy), Dale Halladay and Shelley Halladay. Cherished Nanny of Gord, Kristy, Mike, Cody, Erica, Justin, Lindsay, Austin, Morgan and Madison and great grandmother of Ethan, Kendra, Nolan, Joel, Jack, Allison, Mikka, Evan, Logan, Keileigh, Tyson, and one more expected soon. Also survived by her sisters of Trixie Mercier (Donald) and Vi Preston as well as by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Larry, by three grandchildren, Jessica, Rachael and Dillon, by brothers Harvey, Carl, Gordon, and Donald Green and by her sister May White. Family and friends are invited to assemble for a Service in Celebration of Wilma's life at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28th at the IRVINE MEMORIAL CHAPEL AT ROSELAWN, 2451 Maitland Road. The family will visit with friends at a reception to follow. Private interment at Roselawn. In remembrance, donations to the Brockville and District Palliative Care Service or the Diabetes Association will be gratefully acknowledged.
