Winston Owen Harvey, 63, of North Augusta passed away in Brockville on January 12, 2019. Beloved husband of Debbie Harvey (Smith). Dear father of Sarah (Mike) and Julie (Adam) and grandfather to Alyssa, Emily, and Wesley. Brother of Helen (Oscar), Sherry (Phil), Elsie, Joan (Tony) and Barbara (Mike). Half brother Ken (Paulette) and David (Penny). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Garfield and Edith and brothers: Ernest, Stewart (Mary), and Tony (Diane).

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Friday, January 18 from 6-8 pm and Saturday January 19 from 10-11 am. A funeral in honour of Winston will take place in the Chapel at 11 am with a reception to follow. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, guests could donate to Brockville and District Hospital Palliative Care Program or the Canadian Cancer Society in Winston's name.
