Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Monday, October 15, 2018, at the age of 86 years. Cherished father of Charles (Silvie) of Edmonton and his children Meghan and Jason, with daughter-in-law Darlene; Mark (Pam) of Brockville and their children Katherine, Lewis, Jordan and Eva and Cindy (Peter) of Brockville and their children Maude, Saul and Mae. Dear brother of Marion Fraser and special friend to Doreen Paull.
