Peacefully passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in his 56th year. Loving son of Martyn and Brenda Land; dear brother of Julie Croteau (John) and will be fondly remembered by his nephew Jonathon and by nieces Emily and Madeline. Chris fought long and hard to beat Muscular Dystrophy with the love and care of his family. Special thanks to the PSW’s for their care and support of Christopher – Jim, Claudette, Collette, Laura and Christine. Cremation has taken place. Private family interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada (www.muscle.ca) would be appreciated by the family.
