McKee, Scott Dean December 17, 1960 – May 8, 2017 With great sadness the family of Scott McKee announces his sudden passing at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on May 8, 2017. Scott is remembered with love by his brother Rick, niece Jaime, nephew Jeremy (Amy), and grandniece Maeve. Scott is predeceased by his parents Ellwood and Gwen McKee. A long time resident of Hespeler, Scott will be dearly missed by his many friends, coworkers and students throughout Southern Ontario and Eastern United States. A walker and a staunch supporter of the Special Olympics Ontario programs, Scott taught at Conestoga College and Niagara University in the evening while working in the automotive sector by day. Having attained his Masters degree with a specialization in Human Resources, Scott touched a lot of people’s lives. The family would like to invite everyone who remembers his laugh, his love of music and musical theatre to celebrate his life at Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge (519) 658-9366, for Visitation on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 7 – 9 pm, with a Memorial Service on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 11 am at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Special Olympics Ontario, www1.specialolympicsontario.com.
