Also survived by his grandmother, Nancy Wykes of Harlem. Predeceased by his grandparents; Frank Wykes, Pat and Howard Chant. Fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and former spouse and special friend, Michelle Knapp. Respecting Jeremy's wishes cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 231, 2314 Harlem Road, Portland on Saturday July 20, 2019 at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Trillium Gift of Life Network would be appreciated by the family.
