Peacefully on October 12, 2017 at the La Verendrye Hospital Fort Frances Ontario, Elisabeth Holborn 102, of Dance Twp, Ontario passed away. Elisabeth was born June 17, 1915 in Sprucedale, Ontario to George and Rose Marshall, one of ten children. She met and married the love of her life Robert "Bob" Holborn in 1938 and together they raised their two children Robert Jr. and Margaret. Elisabeth was a wonderful housewife and caregiver. In her younger years she loved to garden and flowers brought her great joy. She leaves behind her son Robert, her grandson Curtis (Edith), great grandchildren Morgan, Lauren, Logan, great great grandson Gabriel, sister Louise, sister in law Jan Marshall and numerous nieces and nephews. Elisabeth was predeceased by her parents George and Rose, her husband Bob, daughter Margaret and her eight siblings. As per Elisabeth’s wishes cremation will take place and a private family interment will take place in Burriss Cemetery at a later date.
