Late Gerald Wallace Allan It is with great sorrow the family of Gerald Wallace Allan , 52, announces his passing on October 12, 2013 in Trinidad. Gerald was the only son of Wallace and Gladys Allan. He was born in Emo, Ont on November 28, 1960. He graduated from Fort Frances High School and Confederation College in Thunder Bay. After graduation he accepted a job with an oil company in Alberta. He worked in the oil industry the rest of his life living in many different countries, including Singapore, Kazakhstan, Russia, Malaysia and Trinidad. Gerald is survived by his wife Efrilyn and her daughter Mari Ann, his three sons Christopher, Justin and Mathew and their mother Wendy, his four sisters Marilyn McNally, Sharon (Les) McNally, Lorraine Loveday, Norma (Ron) Both, his aunt Alice Allan and many nieces and nephews. Also morning his passing is his in laws Edward and Susan Enriquez and their family Emalyn, Edson, Edward Jr, Efrilrose and Eric. Gerald was predeceased by his parents Wallace and Gladys Allan, and two nephews Keith McNally and Wally McNally. Gerald lived his life to the fullest. He loved spending time with his boys. He enjoyed skinning, golf, deep sea diving and Hashing. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday November 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. from the Northridge Funeral Home, Emo, Ontario, with Rev. Frances Flook officiating. Interment will take place in Emo Cemetery. Pall bearers will be his three sons Christopher, Justin, and Mathew, his nephews, Lyndon Mc Nally, Gary Loveday, Allan Loveday, Randy McNally, Murray Both, and Larry Both. Honourary Pall Bearers will be his nieces Marlene Ritchie, Dawn McNally, Audrey Marshall, Tammy Strachan, Michelle Anderson, Christine Loveday, and Sandra Both.
