Hurst, Donald Glen 'Donnie' - It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Mr. Donald Glen "Donnie" Hurst on May 03 2018 at the age of 21 due to a motor vehicle accident. Donnie was born at the Temiskaming Hospital to Wendy Hummel and Raymond Hurst. Donnie was currently working for NC Traffic Management in Kirkland Lake as a traffic control person. He loved cats and dogs, his family and friends. Donnie was outgoing, had a zest for life, he had a great sense of humour and his favourite saying was smoke cigirts. He had a contagious smile even when it was mischievous at times. Donnie is survived by his mother Wendy Hummel of Haileybury, Father Raymond Hurst of Lorraine Valley, brother Walter "Wally" Hurst of Chesley , Uncles: David Hummel (Lynne Mannering) of North Bay, Donald "Donnie" Hummel of North Bay, Arthur Hurst and John McLaren. Aunts: Brenda "Bo" Hurst Boily (Denis Boily) of Sudbury. Cousins: Megan Hurst of Temiskaming Shores, Dusty McLaren of Temiskaming Shores and Cassie Ylimaki of North Bay. His closest friends Alex MacAlpine , Samuel Waldron , Jessy Gill and Sasha Marriott as well as many more. Donnie was loved by many. Predeceased by his Grandmother Germaine Hummel. Donnie's family will welcome friends at the Buffam Leveille Funeral Home, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 beginning at 2:00pm. A memorial service will follow at 3:30pm with Father Wayne Mills officiating.
