Huard, Edward Theodore "Pappy" - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edward Huard on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the age of 83 years. Pappy leaves behind his wife Gwladys; daughters: Sandra Birnie and Debbie Ames; sons: Dale [Lorraine] Gagne, Robin [Liz] Gagne and Edward Jr [Karen] Huard. Fondly remembered by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren; his goddaughter Pauline Johnson and his sister "Snooks". Many will remember Pappy as an ambulance attendant with Buffam Ambulance Service in Haileybury. Pappy was a life long resident of this community in which he served in many diverse careers. We would like to thank Doctor Corneil and the nursing staff of Temiskaming Hospital for the care Pappy received in the palliative care unit. As per Pappy's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
