Denis, Marie Juilette [McNicoll] - The family announces with heavy hearts the death of Mrs Marie Denis of Haileybury at the age of 82 years. Mrs Denis passed away suddenly at Temiskaming Hospital, Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Born at Englehart June 20, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Willie McNicoll and the late Alexina Robitaille. Marie lived most of her life in Haileybury and had worked at St Mary's Academy until the time of her retirement. She had been a member of Les Filles d'Isabelle and a faithful member of Holy Cross Church. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Gérald Denis and her sibings: Gilbert, Jeannine and Cécile. Let to mourn are her loving children: Serge, Céline, LInda and Robert. Fondly remembered by grandchildren: Michelle, April, Natalie and Ken; and by one great-granddaughter Niya. Also survived by her brothers and sisters: Carmen, Thérèse, René and André. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place at Lakeview Crematorium followed by interment at the New Liskeard Catholic Cemetery.
