Gravel, Roger Joseph - In his 72nd year, with his family by his side, Roger passed away peacefully at the Temiskaming Hospital in the "Bevi" Beverly-Ann Boros Hospice Palliative Care Suite on May 15, 2018. A rare person of loyalty, courage, and great love. He will be remembered for his hard work, sense of humour, and generosity. Beloved husband to Yvonne (Lafond). Loving father of Lise, Carole, and Henri. Cherished grandfather to Danika, Alek, Noémie and Lucas; loving brother of Denise Gauthier, Nicole and her husband Aurele Lafond and Maurice Gravel. He will also be dearly missed by his dog companions, Maya, Nika, Théodore, Nova and Ahmik. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beverly-Ann Boros Hospice Palliative Care Suite or to Community Cancer Care would be gratefully acknowledged.
