With sadness the famiy announces the death of Mrs Ruth Hewitt at the age of 77 years. Mrs Hewitt passed away suddenly on Friday, November 18, 2005 at the Temiskaming Hospital. Born September 5, 1928 to the late Harry Buckland and Lena Doupe. She is precedeacesed by her parents and son Chris Jobson. Left to mourn is her loving husband Barry Hewitt; children: Douglas Ross [and Peggy] Hewitt of Haileybury, Barry William [and Nicole] Hewitt of Cobalt and Ann Hewitt of Thunder Bay. Also left to mourn are her siblings: Pat Bigelow of New Liskeard and Harry Buckland of Iron River Alberta. In keeping with Mrs Hewitt's wishes, cremation followed the decease. A memorial serivce will be held in the spring of 2006. Interment of ashes will take place at the Harley Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
