Almeda Pennington ~ of Carrick Township, at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Harriston on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in her 93rd year. Almeda Ann (Lindenschmidt) Pennington was the wife of the late George S. Pennington, and dear mother of Mark Pennington and Sharon Bilton, and Paul Pennington and Catherine Welsh. Sister-in-law of Everett and Kathleen Pennington, and Ray and Liz Pennington , all of Teeswater, and Betty Pennington of Wingham. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Roy Pennington, and her sisters-in-law Irene Hayden and Edith Schmidt. Friends may call at St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mildmay on Monday, March 27th for visitation from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with reception to follow. Interment in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery, Mildmay.
