Ian Douglas Weidemann of Clifford, passed away at Hamilton General Hospital on Monday, October 31, 2016, in his 51st year. Ian was the father of Alisha Weidemann and Adam Baker of Listowel, and Johnathan Weidemann, Jordan Weidemann and Ali Smith, and Jeremiah Weidemann and Laura Rumph all of R.R. 3, Palmerston. Son of John and Louise Weidemann of Mount Forest, and brother of Patricia and Jack Hoffele of Harriston, and Tom and Michelle Weidemann of Cobourg, He will be missed by his fiance Dawn Saxon, and by his nieces and nephews. Ian was predeceased by his brother Kirk and his sister Tammy. Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Clifford Community Church, Clifford on Wednesday, November 9th at 1:30 p.m. Doug Bott officiating. Interment in Mount Forest Cemetery. Memorial donations to a charity of ones choice would be appreciated.
