Ida Patterson

Ida Irene Patterson of Harriston – passed away at Palmerston & District Hospital on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in her 86th year.

Ida I was the wife of the late Leonard Patterson, and mother of George Patterson and his wife Brenda of Sherwood Park, AB, Jean Calder of Holstein, Lorne Patterson and his wife Linda of Tofield, AB, Linda Friars and her husband Tom of Riverview, NB, Donna Patterson and her husband Russ Wallace of Yellowknife, NWT, and Doug Patterson and his wife Heather of Yarker.

She will be remembered by her grandchildren Geoffrey Calder, Bill Calder, Mark and Penny Calder, Amy Patterson, Jordan Patterson, Robyn Patterson, Ryan Wallace, and Jessica Winrick; and by her great-grandchildren Arlene Calder, Lawrence Calder, Loretta Calder, Brady Calder, Ashton Calder, Todd Calder, Brooke Calder, Holly Calder, Ryan Calder, Emily Calder and Olivia Calder.

Sister of Robert and Florence Harper of Mount Forest, Joan and Art Dungey of Palmerston, and Velma Bramhill and Robert Rundle of Waterford; and sister-in-law of Isabel Patterson of Mount Forest.

The funeral service will be held at Harriston United Church on Thursday, November 10 at 11:00 am with Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiating.

Interment in Woodland Cemetery, Southgate Township.
