Iris Gray ~ of Palmerston, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, March 8th, 2012 in her 96th year. Iris was the wife of the late James Alfred 'Alf' Gray, and mother of Donald Gray and his wife Mary of Ottawa, and Wendy Watson and her husband John of Kitchener. Remembered by her grandchildren Jodi and Terry McFadden of Navan, Michael Gray of Vancouver, Matthew Watson of Antigonish, N.S., and Christine Watson of Kitchener; and by her great-grandchildren Lydia McFadden and Charlie McFadden. Sister of Roy Sims of Ottawa. Predeceased by her brother Bud Sims, and by her sisters Phyllis Scharf, Marion Prezeau, and Mary Wright. Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Harriston United Church on Tuesday, March 13th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
