Jane Steuernol ~ of Palmerston, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 8, 2013 in her 94th year Jane was the wife of the late Harry Steurenol. Mother of Richard and Faye Steuernol of Orleans, William and Marilyn Steuernol of Palmerston, Rhonda and Rick Morton of Peterborough, and Connie and Wayne Bates of Palmerston, and mother-in-law of Ronald McTavish of Drumbo. Remembered by her sister Ruth Gartz of Kitchener, and by 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 17 greatgreat-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughters Sandra McTavish, and Frances Cameron and husband Lawrence, by her grandchildren Shelley Upper, Scott Cameron, Chad Chenoweth, and Kenneth Murison, and by her brothers and sisters William Gilbert, James Gilbert, Elsie Mahnke, Dorothy Jarvis, Ruby Duncan, Rose Spielmacher, Margaret Gilbert, Charlotte Smith, and Eva Kress. Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Palmerston United Church on Monday, November 11th at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Gorrie Cemetery.
