Leona Lee ~ passed away at the John Noble Home, Brantford on Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Leona Annette (Subject) Lee, formerly of Harriston in her 88th year. Wife of the late Lloyd Lee, and dear mother of June Knapp of St.Catharines, and Lynda Waugh and her husband Henry of Brantford. Remembered by her grandchildren, David Knapp and his friend Kim Black, Rob Knapp and his friend Chrissie, Tim Knapp and his friend Tammy, and Kevin Knapp, all of St.Catharines, and Ryan Waugh of Brantford; and by her great-granddaughter Ashley. Predeceased by her son-in-law Arthur Knapp, her brother Orville Subject, and by her parents John and Ann Subject. Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, September 27th at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Jo-Anne Thomas officiating. Interment in Harriston Cemetery. Memorial donations to Whites Road Pentecostal Church, Harriston, or Palmerston and District Hospital would be appreciated.
