Leonard Hefkey ~ of Walkerton and formerly of Clifford, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Monday, January 25, 2016 in his 97th year.

Leonard Norris 'Len' Hefkey was the husband of the late Doris Hefkey.

He is survived by his son Jim Hefkey and his wife Lynnette of Auckland, New Zealand, and by his daughter-in-law Colleen Peplinski of Nova Scotia.

Fondly remembered by grandsons Jason and Ka-wai Hefkey of North York, Sean and Stacey Hefkey of Burlington, and Steven Hefkey of New Zealand, and by his great-granddaughters Emma, Grace, and Pepper Hefkey.

Len was predeceased by his son John Hefkey, and by his brothers Neil, Jack, and Bob Hefkey.

Friends may call at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Royal Canadian Legion memorial service at 6:30 p.m.

The funeral service will be held from Knox United Church, Clifford on Saturday, January 30th at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jennifer Mountain officiating.

Interment in Clifford Cemetery.
