Marion Wylie ~ Peacefully at her home in Clifford on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, Mrs. Marion Marguerite (Shearer) Wylie passed away in her 83rd year. Wife of the late Allan Wylie. Mother of Perry & Beverly Bast of Strathroy, Greg Bast & Dayna Lambier of Clifford, and Gary & Debbie Bast of Clifford, and step-mother of Blaine Wylie of Clifford, Diane & Terry Maggs of Port Elgin, Warren Wylie of Stratford, Marvin & Diane Wylie of Bloomingdale, Joan Wylie of Clifford, and Robin Wylie & Susan Thurston of Port Dover. Grandmother of Ryan & Darcy Bast, Devon Bast, Codi Bast, Katelyn Bast & Sydney Wyatt, Jacob Bast, Brandi Bast & Dan Gurney, Nathan & Vanessa Bast, Meagan & Chris Donald, Lee & Nicola Maggs, Tracy Maggs, Kristyn & Jason Carruthers, Brandyn Wylie, Jasmyn Wylie, and Sean Thurston-Wylie. Great-grandmother of Jocelynn, Noah, Trent, Easton, Kennedy, Gage, Dylan, Callie, Maddison, Florence, Buryan, Jaelle, Deveraux, Benetton, and Harper. Sister of Lois & Ron Robinson of Listowel, John & Karen Shearer of Hanover, and Ellen & Larry Doan of Sauble Beach, and sister-in-law of Betty Ellis of Dorchester. Predeceased by her parents Earl & Mary Shearer, sisters Ida & Lyle Geiger, and Audrey & Gerrard Wunder, and brothers-in-law Robert Ellis, and Bert & Elva Wylie. Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church, Clifford on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment in Clifford Cemetery.
