Thomas Booth Obituary
BOOTH, Thomas of R. R. 4, Harriston – passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in his 94th year., being born in York Township on November 3, 1921.
Tom was a long-time friend of Keith and Wilma Dailey of Hanover. He was predeceased by his sisters Carrie Kinsley, Joy Shaw and Anne Kyle.
Tom's pride and joy was maintaining his Golf Course so that his friends could join him for a round of golf at his farm. For many years, he was active with the Harriston Curling Club and the Harriston Lawn Bowling.
The funeral service and a Royal Canadian Legion memorial service will be held from the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Thursday, June 4 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiating.
Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 296, Harriston would be appreciated.
