In Loving Memory of Mr. Raymond Bergeron 1939 - 2020 It is with great sadness that his beloved family announces his passing on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Anson General Hospital, at the age of 80 years. Raymond is survived by his beloved sister Estelle (Larry) Brennan, his nephews; Normand (Valerie) Leblanc, Perry (Rachelle) Brennan, D’Arcy Brennan, Michel (Marie-Ange) Gagnon, and his nieces; Carole (Mike Young) McIntrye, Nicole (Brian) Brazeau, Michelle (Tim) Mosgrove, and his very special ‘adopted granddaughter’ Melanie (Jason) Miller. He is also survived by his cousin Adrienne Démoré, and his dear friends Beth Baxter, Pierrette Morin and Aurore Rodrigue. He was predeceased by his parents Théodore ‘Ted’ and Berthe Bergeron (nee Potvin), his sisters Lilianne Leblanc (Feb. 6, 2020) and Rita Bergeron, his brother Roger and his dear friends Claude Paquette and Paul Rodrigue. Raymond was an avid fisherman and a jigsaw puzzle whiz! His home was decorated with numerous puzzles he had completed and mounted. The family would also like to acknowledge the care and compassion received from the doctors, nursing staff and support staff at the Anson General Hospital. Family and friends may call at Abitibi Funeral Services on Saturday, February 22, 202 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Raymonds life.
