Obituary
In Loving Memory of Adam Berlinghoff 1985 – 2015 Surrounded by his family that he so inspired during his life, Adam went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2015. A great sports lover, Adam was the boxer who always got up off the mat and kept going, the goalie who refused to have the next shot beat him or the pitcher who looked ready to come out of the game but would strike out the next three batters instead. While the world has its share of sports heroes, Adam was a real hero in every sense of the word. He is dearly loved and greatly missed. Adam is survived by his parents Shirley (Whitmell) and Stan Berlinghoff, brother Charlie, Grammy Mignonne (Tremblay) Whitmell, and the many members of the Berlinghoff and Whitmell families as well as many friends. Family and Friends may call at Abitibi Funeral Services from 12:30 to 1:30 on Monday, March 2, 2015 followed at 2:00 by a Funeral Mass at St. Anne’s Parish with the Reverend Father Léo Rancourt officiating.
