Mr. Adrien ‘Frenchy’ Flageole September 6, 1927 – January 17, 2012 It is with sadness that the family announces his death at the Anson General Hospital on Tuesday January 17, 2012 at the age of 84 years. Frenchy is survived by his sister Lucienne Flageole of Iroquois Falls, his stepsisters; Louisa Flageole of Quebec, and Isabelle Davidson of Ottawa, his sister-in-law Claudette Flageole of Iroquois Falls, his brother-in-law Morley Schneider of Lively, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents the Late Wilbrem & Lydia Flageole as well as his siblings; the Late Simone (the Late Marty) Wolf, the Late Roger ‘Butch’ (Claudette) Flageole, the Late Rita (the Late Selwyn ‘Sully’) Porter, the Late Jeanne (Morley) Schneider, and the Late René ‘Chum’ (the Late Mary) Flageole, and by his step-brother the Late William Tessier. Family and Friends may call at Abitibi Funeral Service, 236 Cambridge Ave., Iroquois Falls on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 12 noon – 1:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service with the Reverend Father Léo Rancourt officiating.
